Evolve had established itself in the managed-IT and cyber-security space, but its brand identity no longer matched its evolving ambition. Rapid growth, a broader service offering, and a desire to present a more confident and modern face to clients meant that Evolve needed a complete refresh: a rebrand that would articulate its values, clarify its proposition, and unify its visual identity across all touchpoints.

We ran a discovery workshop with Evolve’s leadership team to define their core values, tone of voice, and future vision. Based on this we crafted a new visual identity, logo, typographic system, and colour palette. All designed to feel modern, professional, and forward-thinking, but still grounded and approachable.

We built a fully responsive, content-led site that clearly lays out Evolve’s services: managed IT, cyber protection, cloud services, fractional CIO, consultancy. We made sure the user journey helps both technical and non-technical decision makers navigate the service offering – from small business IT to consultancy.

To support the new identity, we directed a bespoke photography shoot covering team portraits, workplace imagery and contextual action shots. The goal? To show the people behind the services, capturing authenticity, approachability and expertise. These images now feature across the website, proposals, social media and print collateral – replacing stock imagery with a distinctive, ownable visual language.
