Free Spirit provide bespoke travel insurance cover for customers with complex medical conditions – so it was vital that their new website was built with accessibility front and centre (meeting WCAG 2.2), right from the start.

We utilised an exciting colour scheme and created vibrant branding elements to reflect the intrepid, fun loving nature of this brand. We teamed these with easy to read font choices and user driven designs for the ultimate customer experience.

With so much important information packed into the Free Spirit site, it was vital to make it as easy as possible to use - from bespoke navigation to roll over explanations of medical terms, no stone was left unturned.

Even on smaller screen sizes, our attention to detail ensured that all information was clearly displayed in an easy to digest format. Our approach meant that every potential customer or carer is able to access the site easily.
