Reimagining ticketing for modern audiences
Little Box Office is a ticketing platform built for venues, events and organisations that want more control, more flexibility and a better experience for their audiences. As the business evolved, their brand no longer reflected the quality or ambition of the product. The challenge was clear: create a brand that felt modern, confident and intuitive – without losing the approachability that made Little Box Office trusted by its customers.
The existing brand lacked clarity and consistency, making it harder to communicate the platform’s value in an increasingly competitive market. We started by understanding the people behind the platform and the audiences they serve. We developed a new visual identity that balances professionalism with warmth.
The new logo is bold and confident, designed to scale and adapt to different contexts, from the website to marketing materials and printed collateral. Supported by a clear set of brand guidelines, the identity provides a consistent visual language that ensures the brand is applied with confidence and clarity as the business grows, evolves and reaches new audiences.
The website was redesigned from the ground up, starting with a clear information structure that makes it easy for users to find what they need. Confident, considered messaging puts the user first, focusing on clarity over complexity and benefits over features. The result is a website that not only looks more refined, but works harder – building trust, supporting conversion and clearly communicating value from the first interaction.
From stationery and printed materials to digital assets and online communications, every touchpoint was carefully considered as part of a single, cohesive system. The brand was designed to work consistently across formats and platforms, ensuring it feels recognisable and aligned whether it’s seen on a business card, a sales document or the website.
