Their website no longer reflected the scale, sophistication, or ambitions of the company, so we were tasked with a complete redesign, not just a cosmetic refresh. The goal was to create a modern digital presence that communicates Office Principles’ 35 years of expertise, showcases their vast portfolio, and positions them as a leader in sustainable and human-centric office design.

The new site needed to be intuitive, mobile-friendly, and rich in visuals, with a clear structure that allows visitors to easily navigate services, explore case studies, and understand the company’s values. Beyond aesthetics, the website had to function as a lead-generation tool, with strong calls to action and a content strategy that nurtures prospective clients.
To increase customer engagement and help drive a consistent flow of new leads, we designed and developed a tailored cost calculator, enabling prospective clients to quickly explore potential project budgets and outcomes in a way that feels approachable and transparent.
We also led the creative direction of photography to bring Office Principles’ work to life. By setting clear visual guidelines – focusing on natural light, authentic workplace activity, material details, and human interaction – we created a cohesive library of imagery that elevates the brand.
Complementing the digital transformation, the we developed a suite of high-quality brochures designed to resonate with Office Principles’ varied audiences – from prospective clients and landlords to contractors and partners.
