Our challenge was to ensure the brand felt as unforgettable as the journey itself – 
before, during, and long after guests touched back down

We built a visual identity rooted in elegance, simplicity, and wonder. Inspired by the rhythm of the landscape and the quiet drama of balloon flight, we created a system that feels calm, confident, and cinematic. A refined logo and mark system were developed to work seamlessly across print, digital, and large-scale formats. A natural, earthy colour palette paired with confident typography created a sense of heritage and credibility, without feeling dated.

The website was completely redesigned to tell a clearer, more emotive story. Immersive photography, strong hierarchy, and considered pacing invite visitors to slow down and imagine themselves there. Across desktop, tablet, and mobile, the experience is intuitive, image-led, and focused on conversion – without ever feeling sales-driven.

Every printed touchpoint was treated as a keepsake, not an afterthought. From the moment guests arrive to the moment they return home, print plays a quiet but powerful role in shaping the experience. Postcards were designed as collectible mementos – something guests would want to take with them, display, and share. Menus for the post-flight champagne breakfast were elevated, reinforcing the sense that this was no ordinary morning. Wildlife checklists were created to add a layer of discovery, encouraging guests to engage more deeply with the landscape unfolding beneath them.

Designed to be seen at speed and remembered long after, the billboards distilled the Serengeti Balloon Safaris experience down to its purest form. Striking imagery, minimal copy, and a restrained visual system work together to create moments of pause in busy environments. With an emphasis on scale, atmosphere, and simplicity, each billboard captures the quiet drama of balloon flight over the Serengeti – inviting viewers to imagine themselves there. No clutter. No excess. Just a powerful first impression that reflects the premium nature of the experience.

The trade display stands were designed to command attention without competing for it. In busy exhibition environments, the Serengeti Balloon Safaris brand needed to feel confident, considered, and unmistakably premium. We created a modular stand system that balances bold imagery with generous white space, allowing the story to unfold clearly from a distance. Large-scale photography draws people in, while restrained typography and clear messaging do the work once they arrive.

The result? A cohesive brand ecosystem that finally matches the reality of the experience.
