A vibrant identity for an AI workforce
When Helm approached us, they were building something genuinely new – a platform designed to deliver the world’s first full AI workforce for small business growth. Their ambition was to remove barriers to scale, by giving SMEs an intelligent, always-on back office that saves time, reduces cost and amplifies capability. But to realise that ambition, they needed more than powerful technology. They needed a brand and digital presence that felt as forward-thinking as the product itself – confident, credible and human.
We began by shaping a brand identity that captured their promise: intelligent, supportive and purpose-driven. Through collaborative workshops and strategic exploration, we developed a visual language that balanced technical innovation with clarity and warmth. The identity system was designed to be flexible across digital, print and motion – supported by a refined logo, a distinctive colour palette and a messaging framework that translated complex AI concepts into simple, tangible benefits for business owners.
With the foundations in place, we designed a responsive website that clearly articulated the AI workforce concept while guiding users effortlessly through the platform’s value proposition. The experience was crafted to educate, engage and convert – using thoughtful UX, clear hierarchy and interactive elements to bring the technology to life. Every design decision supported credibility and ease of use, ensuring the website worked as both a storytelling tool and a growth engine.
A defining element of the project was the creation of animated AI avatars – digital characters that represent Helm’s intelligent workforce. These avatars were designed to humanise the technology without diminishing its sophistication, adding warmth and personality to an otherwise abstract concept. Used across the website, demos and presentations, they create memorable brand moments and help users connect with the platform in a way that feels intuitive and approachable.
To support the launch beyond digital, we created a suite of print materials that reinforced Helm’s positioning across investor and stakeholder touchpoints. From pitch decks to business cards, each piece was designed to distil complex information into clear, compelling narratives. Clean layouts, confident typography and consistent visual language ensured the brand remained instantly recognisable, while helping audiences quickly understand the scale and potential of the platform.
