Account Executive
We're on the look out for a brilliant and ambitious Account Executive/Manager to join our crew. The right candidate will have oodles of teamwork, communication and attention to detail skills and also have a passion for all media - on and offline. Essential skills

- Experience of using CMS platforms
- Excellent knowledge of all things digital from web builds, user journeys, email sends and planning

- Creating and planning social media strategy and writing posts
- Good design eye
- Ability to create timelines and costings and overall administration is excellent
- 2+ years agency experience

Account Manager

Essential skills
- Proven ability to independently manage and grow client relationships, acting as their trusted advisor
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing project budgets, forecasting and profitability
- Confidence in leading client meetings, taking complex briefs, and translating them into clear, inspiring direction for our creative crew
- Stellar communication skills with the ability to confidently pitch, present ideas and articulate strategy
- Natural problem solver with exceptional organisational skills and an eye for detail under pressure
Bonus skills
- 4+ years of integrated agency experience (branding, marketing, or digital)
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end digital projects, including overseeing web builds, complex user journeys, and full-funnel marketing campaigns
- Proven track record of identifying organic growth and new business opportunities within existing client accounts
- Sharp strategic thinking with a lifelong passion for creative branding and advertising
- Ability to seamlessly manage multiple fast-paced projects from concept to completion
